What are Ziggys figures made of?
All our figures are made with biodegradable and eco-friendly materials. They are durable, articulated, and respectful of the environment.
Are they safe for children?
Yes. Our figures are designed to be safe. We recommend supervision for children under 3 years old due to the small articulated parts.
How tall are the figures?
Basic ECO figures are approximately 2-5 cm tall. Realistic articulated figures are available in 7 cm and 12 cm. ECO PREMIUM figures have greater detail and a premium finish.
🚚 Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all of Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Japan.
How long does shipping take?
Spain: 2-4 business days. Europe: 5-10 business days. International: 10-20 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Spain: standard shipping from €3.99. Europe: from €7.99. International: €12.99 with no minimum purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also check the status on our order tracking page.
↩️ Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please consult our full refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at ziggys@ziggys.es with photos of the product and packaging within the first 48 hours. We will resolve it at no additional cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.
Do you have volume discounts?
Yes! Discounts are automatically applied in the cart: buy 3 or more figures and get a 10% discount, 6 or more figures get a 15% discount, and if your order exceeds €50, you get a 20% discount.

How often do you release new figures?
