What are Ziggys figures made of?
Our figures are made from plant-based materials. They are articulated, BPA- and phthalate-free, with non-toxic inks and material tested to EN 71-3. They are not wooden toys: they are articulated flexi figures. More details in Safety and certifications.
How long do they last?
They are designed for years of play. The figures are BPA- and phthalate-free and made with material tested to EN 71-3.
Are they safe for children?
Yes. Our figures are designed to be safe. Not suitable for children under 36 months (small parts).
How big are the figures?
Standard articulated figures are pocket-sized, perfect for collecting and taking anywhere; the exact size may vary by model. XL line figures (tiger, capybara, opossum, horse, pig, cow and sea turtle) come in 10 cm and 20 cm; you choose the size on each product page.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all of Spain, the European Union countries and the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Mainland Spain: 2-4 business days. Balearic Islands/Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla: 5-10 business days. Europe: 5-10 business days. United States: 10-20 business days. We also offer pickup in Alicante (El Campello) within 24 business hours. Shipped from Alicante.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping to mainland Spain from €35. Balearic Islands: free from €59.99. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €14.90, no free shipping. In mainland Spain, below €35 the cheapest option starts at €4.13 (SEUR 24h, depending on weight); standard shipping €7.90 and express €9.90 (the exact cost is shown at checkout).
How much does shipping cost?
Mainland Spain: free from €35; below that, from €4.13 (SEUR 24h, depending on weight); standard €7.90; express €9.90. Balearic Islands: €9.90 (free from €59.99). Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €14.90, no free shipping; taxes or customs fees (IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla) may apply and are paid by the recipient. European Union: €8.90 (free from €59.99). United States: €39.90 (free from €89.90). The final total is shown before payment.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships. You can also check the status on our order tracking page.
↩️ Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are free within 30 days: we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order, as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We send you the label and pay for the return shipping. See our full refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at ziggys@ziggys.es with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours. We will fix it at no extra cost.
💳 Payments and discounts
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and other methods available at checkout.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. There are two ways:
1) Build your pack (Easy Bundle) — in Build your pack you choose your figures one by one and the discount is applied to the pack: 4 figures → 5%, 6 → 10%, 10 → 15%.
2) General cart — automatic discounts: 6 figures or more → 15%; orders over €50 → 20%.
Fixed packs (Starter pack of 6, Explorer pack of 10, Collector pack of 18 and Gift pack of 12) already include their pack price on the product page, and you can see them all in Packs.
